I used one pound of meat to make a small meatloaf for supper, The shrinkage made it look like a big hamburger. Seasoned with Famous Daves Steak&Hamburger seasoning, Topped with Cook Shack Sauce, with a small chunk of hickory for smoke. Hit the spot!!

oh man.. very nice. what type of wood did you use and how much? is that the whole thing? looks _delicious_.

I used a half chunk of hickory, And that is the whole thing! 2 hours at 200* than added the cook shack sauce than back in for 1 hr. Next time I will use more than 1 package of burger!!
