Smoke Pistol

I am new to smoking meats and read on the product call Smoke Pistol which mounts on the side of your smoker and uses cartridges to apply the smoke flavor to you meat. Has anybody had any experience with these and will it work?

Do a search on Pistol. Someone here tried one. The biggest issue will be that you HAVE to buy their pucks to load the pistol and it burns a lot of burns to create the heat.

Some love it, but I don't have experience with it, just what I've heard.
