Your time and temp sounds about right, if you are smoking in a Cookshack. It depends on the size of the breasts as well. If they are small, check them at 45 minutes. If you are cooking in a Cookshack and do not leave them in too long, they will not dehydrate. If you brine them, they will be even moister.
