Got a recipe for mac @ cheese from a buddy at work. Boil a req. size box of elbow mac. drain and add 2/3 cup velveeta cheese and 1/3 cup philly cream cheese both melted in a microwave. Add 1/4 milk and 3 tblb. butter. Salt and pepper to taste,sprinkle with bread crumbs, and when your main course of meat (salmon is my favorite for this, is done ) throw another chunk of hickory on the fire and let smoke for about 30 minutes. Use a alumin. or glass baking dish. The smoke flavor is awesome and sure to please the taste buds.
