Can you guys see my recipe entry in the contest? It's very hard to write in that little space accurately. Need to know what I left out in the method section. I think, stir in wild rice?

Thanks, Terry! I got your e-mail 5X5. Hope there is no big hurry; I am suffering with a really bad case of Tennis Elbow. Have an armband and drugs that make me stay away from machinery. Supposed to "rest" and stay away from the computer mouse for awhile. Yeah, right...
