Title: Smoked Salmon And Pasta
Yield: 4 Servings

2 T Olive Oil
2 ea Garlic,crushed
4 T Pine Nuts
6 oz Smoked Salmon,shredded
4 oz Heavy Cream
1.5 c Mushroom
1 t Rosemary
1 lb Pasta,along the lines of

Bring salted pasta water to a boil.
While the pasta is cooking saut� the garlic in the oil in a skillet, discarding it when it has browned.

Add the salmon and mushrooms, season lightly. (go easy on the salt, some smoked salmon is very salty)

Add the cream and rosemary, heat through, thickening the sauce with a little flour if you want.

Toast the pine nuts in dry pan or toaster oven, and set aside.

Drain the pasta and turn it into the skillet.
Toss over a brisk flame for a minute
Plate, top with pine nuts and serve.
