Anyone smoke shrimp and scallops in the CS? Am thinking about ordering a couple of the seafood grills for the CS and smoking up some shellfish. Advice appreciated...

Also, if you want to send them back, I would have recommended getting a couple of the Smokette seafood grills instead of the series 100 ones. You can lay the smokette ones on top of the normal rack in the 150 and save a couple of bucks.
