Smoked Turkey on FEC 100

I got my FEC 100 in July so I'm pretty new at this. I want to smoke Turkeys for Thanksgiving and I could use some suggestions on this. Also has anyone smoked more then one at the same time? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, littlericky

I go with the same times you would for a 325 oven.

Brine it and follow Turkey 101 suggestions (check out the Turkey forum on the main page)

If this is your first time, do NOT wait until T-Day to do your first one.... too much pressure. Go for a practice run Turkeys are cheap enough this time of year.

The biggest question for FE users is whether to put it on a lower setting for more smoke.

It's 100% a personal preference.

Great news is that you can finish it off at a higher temp and get a crispy skin.

We love Turkey in our FE
