I have gone through the FEC forum looking for this answer. Was wondering if anyones just done a whole turkey like a whole chicken. Season it...rub butter under the skin...inject maybe and let er fly. Would like to maybe smoke for 1hr and then crank up to 375ish? It would have a little of the smokey flavor, but yet be moist and juicy like a oven baked turkey. Any comments...experiences...would be appreciated. Thanks
