Smoker Leaking Grease

Is the drip pan installed and a drain hole poked in the foil lining the bottom of the smoker?

Mine leaks a little out of the back side so I have to have two drip pans. One for the hole and one for the back of the smoker. I don't believe anything is actually leaking in mine. I think the grease comes out of the hole and sticks to the underside of the smoker then travels backwards and then falls. It could be the same with yours except your grease is traveling to the right or left underneath. Check that theory and the one above. Maybe something totally different but it's a shot.

I did check the underside of the front drip trough and it was dry. It is wet just at the leg. I do have the drip pan - catching grease from both holes.

How level is the smoker??

It is not perfectly level, but not badly unlevel. In my case grease was exiting through the drip holes and not making it's way from the under side to the right wheel, from what I can tell anyway. I'm going to watch this problem and see if it happens again. Thanks
