Has anyone added a smokestack to the FE100 exhaust to direct the smoke above the unit? If yes, can you post a picture or two of what you did?

We just used 5 inch ducting and an elbow to vent it out of the trailer. The total length is less than 4 feet. We used a standard cap on the end to keep the rain out.

We have the ducting directed to our exhaust fan. The duct makes about a 90 degree turn as it comes out of the FE. It comes off the smoker about 8 inches (?) then turns up about 2-3 feet.

essentialy what we did was use flex duct to our hood system. used hose clamp to tie it to a filter bracket.
works great. ez to clean and use.
no problems with too much draft or flame outs

ps. for my maverick i just insterted the probe thru the flex hose and ran the probe to the middle of the center rack which is where i read my pit temp
