UPS says "Out for Delivery"... should be here soon.

Funny thing about UPS. They seem to know when they're delivering something you really want, and they wait until the end of the day...

Now if it was socks or a book from Amazon, they would have been here at 7:00 AM. LOL!

Guess I won't get to cook on it tonight, but I'll sure get it seasoned up. Got 2 slabs of Baby Backs waiting to go on it. Can't wait to see how I'll like cooking on an electric smoker.
