Love this little smoker. I over cooked my first meal by not paying attention. It will not happen again. I have a bunch of chicken leg's, beans and potato's in there. It is starting to smell mighty fine.

The chicken turned out much better then my last one. I didn't care for the potato's. I have a brisket in the refrigerator for next week. So much for the diet.
yeah right, sure hope my doc is'nt running on this forum in disguise..
