Great work and looks like great cookin'.Now if we just had Smell-A-Vision,we could put FoodTV off the air....The wife wanted ribs this week,but I noticed that superwally had some acceptable looking 8 to 9 lb. briskets yesterday.I'll show her your great pix and she can't resist. I realize it is a great amount of work,but we appreciate it and you get to eat the results.LOL
