It's 25 degrees outside, sleeting to beat the band and my CS20 is plugging along, pouring out smoke. Turkey should be done in about an hour. I love this smoker!! My old Masterbuilt would have been in flames by now!
Just southeast of Chicago in northwest Indiana. I had a mis-typing in my original post. It is 35 degrees - not 25. Turkey was great - very tasty and moist.
This just ain't right! I was stuck with 35* and 20 mph winds during my turkey smoking. Luckily it didn't make no difference in the cooking on my cs020, gotta love these CS smokers in nasty weather...just too simple,oh well.

I'm with Cal. It just ain't right. We had 30 degrees and 20 MPH winds. It had spit sleet off and on all night and the first 2 hours of my smoke, but that didn't phase the Smokette or the AmeriQue. I love my Cookshacks! I just need to remember why we wanted to move back to Iowa
