Thanks for the info. Notice their site is using the Hot Smoke method. Good instructions. Interested in any feedback from others.
Some of the future projects for Smokin (or someone else want to jump in?) for the "Q 101 Series" will be Cold & Hot smoking and Smoking Cheese, and others.
