Reading the posts I believe you use "chuckies" to make pulled/chopped beef. That said, I'm about to throw one in the 020 in a few minutes. Gonna do 225 til it hits 190, hopefully about 4-5 hours. Today's smoke is going to be a clean out the freezer smoke. Pork ribs, beef ribs, chuckie, chicken, fattie, some bacon wrapped deer and pork peckers.
