Smoking Texas.....

Well Smoked Longhorn is pretty tough, but we can only try our best.

To keep it a Q post, here's how you smoke a longhorn.

Take the meat, throw it in the smoker, take it out when it's done.

Funny, 5 years in a row they're not real confident, but this year ALL the confidence in the world, lots of smack talk. It's funny.

Just hope it's a good game, certainly better than that game last January.

OK Smokin, I still have faith in the Sooners and hope I get a chance to try the smoked Longhorn. I know it has to be a little better than CROW!!!!

OK, I forgot what to use in the rub for smoking crow. I know Smokin knows but any help will do! Lets see , what was the score in the OU - TU game. That does not mean Tulsa!

Thanks GeiyserQ, I just ate my CROW and it was a little dry. I know you have had a couple of bad weekends and I do think OSU is a lot better than it has shown and I think OU is also. But very young. It is still better than the last two coaches!
