Did my first pork butts to take to my sister-in-law's for Thanksgiving. Bought my meat at Sam's. Read your 101. Also did your baste & serving sauce. I debated what to do with the garlic cloves (that's how little I know) and decided to chop them up. Anyway, 2 butts at about 7 1/2 pounds each, 225 for about 15 hrs and took them out at 195 degrees (couldn't wait for them to get to 205 because we would have been late). My wife's family fought over who got to take some of the leftovers home! This is alot more fun than cooking hotdogs in a microwave! Thanks for making it all so easy.
