Did the Smoky Joes from CS site of recipes

This was my version

3lb hamburger
1 c. chopped onion
3 1/2 c. ketchup
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 c. salsa
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
6 TB Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 c. Mustard
4 TB brown sugar

Preheat Cookshack smoker to 250F. Place ground beef in a thin layer in a baking pan, chopped loose with spatula lightly season salt and splashed with Hot Sauce. 1 chunk of Hickory. Smoke for 2 hours at 250F until ground beef is easily crumbled. Remove from smoker and drain fat. Add the rest of the ingredients to the meat, mix,
and return to the smoker for 1 1/2 hour.

Two Thumbs up! Excellent flavor.
