First run at beef sticks. I don't have a grinder so what fat content should the ground beef i buy be (mixing with 20% pork)? How much smoke? What temp?
If you add pork, I would use 90/10 or 80/20 beef. Myself, I go heavy with oak or apple or mix. smoker at 180-190 and internal on snack stix 152. Good luck and let us know how they do.
