Every fall after hunting season comes time to do the real work. I have purchased much of my processing equipment thru cabelas. My problem is with my stuffer. When I try to fill my snack stick casings the meat always squeezes around the rubber o ring on the stuffer and feeds past the plunger. Is my meat to course? The stuffer is a good model and was fairly expensive.
