Here is a link to my photo page showing some of the first attemps at cooking on my FE. These pics will change from time to time as i get a better handle on times & temps. The pictures also shows not to forget to take the polder out before you preheat the unit. So far i have cooked prime rib,ABT,ribs,pork & a polder . Am looking into salmon & shrimp next so if you can help, please pass it along if you don't mind.

I was looking at Wells Cargo but i needed one to use for the New Holland P.A cookoff & U-Hall trailer rental stuck it to me at the last possible second & i had to get one within hrs of leaving. So i bought CarMate & it works out great. As you can see i can roll the cooker out to the side & let it smoke away all night & push it back in to remove the food with no problems at all. The thing is i still have not used the FE drip pan, i only use aulminum throw away pans & twice i forgot to place under the cooker & grease went all over the floor. I spent Sun scrubing the floor to get it all up, now i can start again.LOL
I plan on cooking about 40-50 ABT this Wed for my local pub & some chicken for me but i still have work on the smoke part just not there yet.
