Hi, I am awaiting the arrival of a new fec 100 here in Canada.
I have had several other cookers in the past few years but am now pumped about getting the new cooker.
I have read many posts from members where they have cooked burgers in their FEC's/FE's.
I find that simply awesome.
Being the pit is going to be brand new, I was thinking that a big jag of greasy burgers might just be the ticket to both 'season' the pit AND enjoy burgers at the same time.
I guess I`m asking for any burger cooking tips you might be willing to share....like times?, flip or no flip?
Thanks and can`t wait.......i`ll post some pics when it gets here.

Hi Scottie, thanks very much.
I just received an email from the person who was kind enough to have arrainged the purchase that IT HAS BEED DELIVERED.
Its at his place of business where I will go and scoop it up and its about 45 minutes from here.
Man, I`m pumped right up about it.
Yeah, I think a big scoff of greasy burgers would be a good way to get the inner walls all darkened up.
I`ll take a few photos of the beast when I get it home.
