It is a spin off of a beer can chicken and can also be found on the web as Dancin' Lemon Chicken and Lemonade-Can Chicken. Basic instructions can be found at: http://fooddownunder.com/cgi-bin/recipe.cgi?r=149727

Make sure to do the Lemonade-Mustard BBQ Sauce, that is what makes this dish so very good.
