Yes, as thoroughly as ribs have been covered on here, I have still managed to come up with a question. More a question of preference I suppose.
Which is more prefered:
The rub be applied right before putting the ribs to the smoker?
An hour or two before?
Or is there any flavor gained in refrigerating overnight with the rub on as we do for butts?
