I threw this together the other day while I was smokin' some spares. I usually just use apple juice - but being adventurous I added some apple cider vinegar and some bbq sauce.

Ratios are:
1 cup Apple Juice
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup bbq sauce (your favorite)

Mix together and mop or put in spray bottle and shake well before spritzing.

Well I did this after the first hour and again during the last hour and the color on the ribs was incredible. A beautiful reddish brown. Like something out of a magazine. Ribs were very tasty too. Give it a try if you care to. And let me know what you think. Probably been done before(ain't everything)but thought I'd share this with ya.
