Well I went to the store to get baby backs this morning but they only had st Louis style ribs is there any difference in cooking time between baby backs and st Louis? They weigh 2.38 if I cook at 225 which is what I normally cook at when should I check tooth pick test. Never done st Louis style before thanks for any tips
