My mom is having her annual Christmas party this year and I have historically done ribs, but she is looking at a "lighter" fare this year so I was going to a couple of Salmon sides, and I remember from the last class Stewart (or someone for CS) did a kick a$$ salmon, and was looking for the recepie

I have been talking about still doing a couple around here local (and I would consider PC local

)

So I could be considering it, however, I did sell the camper

Had to buy a bigger boat
