I just purchased a bag of hickory chunks from WallyWorld. This is the first I've ever purchased it in the bag. Usually I get logs from my brother in law's farm. What's the best way to store it. I'm afraid of mold and mildew if I leave it in the plastic bag. Could that be a problem?
