I did a search and there are a lot of recipes out there.
I have gotten several calls for suckling pig but but haven't sold any.
I can't bring myself to take a baby off the sow to butcher. Maybe I'm a softy, but if I didn't like the little critters so much, I wouldn't be in this business.

I havent tried this yet or anything but it may get you on the right track for suckling pig . Its not a smoker recipe, but could be easily dapted. The actual link to that recipe on the page doesnt work, but you can just scroll to the bottom of the page. Its the last of about 20 recipes.
