Sugar Types

Some countries/people call this "coffee" sugar, is it's granules put up with heat better. It's about the same size as Kosher Salt.

Sugar in the raw is what I used to use, and it only came in packets and I had to open the things up one by one, what a pain.

You can also check health food stores, they carry it in bulk.

At Walmart around here, it's in a bag, Golden Natural Turbinado Sugar in 2lb bags.
