There are a few variations of the 100 series. My 100 didn't have a fuse.
A quick call to CS they'll help. You didn't buy it from them, but they'll help sort out the cause. It could be the elements are burnt out and you'd have to buy new ones.
You might need an electrician to try to trace the electrical to see if power is getting to the right places.
Like Russ said, call Cookshack, they give you tech support even if you bought it used, or had it given to you. Cookshack has incredible customer service.
Yes I echo the earlier sentiments. I bought a used SM008 on eBay and have been buying new shelves, power cord, cover and things and the guys and ladies at CS are always nice and helped me when I called !!! My old SM008 is a real tank, reminds me of my old '51 GMC 3/4 ton pickup - it was built with longevity in mind. If it needs fixing it comes apart easy and is just built smart and strong.
just as a follow up, pluged in today, relay switch engaged, smoker working, now time to cook, if any one has tips for running the sm 105 please let me know. thanks
