Walmart have Swift Premium Pork Butt Label says Tender and Juicy
Small print (Enhanced with up to 4% marinade)
Question.
Have any of you cooked these before?
If yes do they cook faster or taste different?

Taste like ham.

All the "solution enhanced" pork, ribs or butts, because they've been in that solution for a while always have a "hammy" taste.

Not that it's bad, just know that.

Smoke it, try it and see what you think.

I did a couple a few months ago for the kids. I foiled them and used a marinade, so no hammy taste that they could tell.

Seemed to take just a little longer on the cooking, if I remember right.
