Capitalization at it's very best! What would you pay? But wait! There's more!

Dear Andi,

I am writing you to tell you about an exciting way to cook whole chicken
which makes the chicken moist, tender, and delicious - and 97% fat free!

My company manufactures "drunk chicken cookers." That's right! "Drunk
Chicken" is a method of cooking a whole chicken using beer. The drunk
chicken cooker has a tube in the center of a pan with sides. You pour beer
or wine, or other liquids such as fruit juice, broth, etc., into the tube -
add onion, garlic, or your favorite herbs - add seasoning, and place a whole
chicken over the tube so that the tube is inside the cavity of the chicken
and the chicken is "sitting" in the pan. Put the chicken in an oven, or on a
bar-b-que pit and roast for about an hour. No need to cover or baste!

The liquid in the tube will baste the inside of the chicken for you, keeping
it moist and tender, and giving it a wonderful flavor. Because the chicken
is sitting up as it cooks, the fat drips into the pan - making the chicken
97% fat free.

We sell these cookers all over the world. They make great gifts - and of
course you will want to try it out yourself!

If you are a Cajun cook, you have probably heard of cooking chicken on top
of a beer can. If you are not a Cajun cook, but would like to cook like a
Cajun - then this is perfect for you! The method is based on the Cajun way
of cooking a whole chicken over a campfire.

We took a tried and true idea and made a cooker which duplicates the beer
can without the toxic paint (on the can), and the mess when the beer can
falls over in your oven or on your grill.

If you want to learn more about all of our great Cajun cooking products and
recipes, log on to our web site at www.chickenup.com - or you can call us,
toll free, 1-877-267-4468, and we'll send you a cooker, with recipes and
instructions, from Lafayette, Louisiana - the heart of Cajun country.
