A while back someone posted something about taking their 008 camping and using an inverter hooked to their car battery. I did a search and didn't find the post. I have a 300 watt inverter. Is this big enough to run my 008? I'd love to take it when we go camping and do some ribs or brisket. Thanks in advance for any input.
