Ok guys, somebody explain what this tang is all about. Citric acid in my sausage, I don't think so. Not unless somebody can talk me into using it. It came with my sausage kit and the directions have no instructions of how to use it. The cure and seasonings need no explanation. Thanks in advance for your help.
