I cooked Bristol PA this weekend all by myself and took grand champ. While I didn't cook 100% of my entries in the FE all of the meats except the brisket did hit the FE at some point. Chicken was cooked 100% in the FE and it's usually my weakest category. It placed 4th. I glazed the ribs at 350 and held and heated my pork entry for final turn in.
