I don't recall hearing the folks that get the 180s say they come easy? I've had the pleasure of judging 8 contests so far and haven't seen a 180, oh well. It must just be me and my scoring.

As we've discussed,judges are tired and full when they get to the brisket category and may be ready to give up in disgust and have a beer,or ice cream and head home.
It could be very hot,or cold,and the facilities my be uncomfortable,as well.

A very high score then is always an accomplishment.
