Ok, Ive tried it all now lol My unit will not let my temp go below 190, has a setting for 140 but in no way can maintain it, even when the temp is above the set temp, pellets are still being dropped in the pot. I used a digital probe on he upper rack, it was 10 degrees different than what the fec read (lower). Im thinking must be a electronics prob. the 140 hold temp is useless at 190 degrees where it seems to hang during the hold time
