Temp problems with fe100

Hi,
Just got it yesturday, everything ran fine. Cooked on it today, about 3 hours into the cook the read out wont go over 220 degrees even if you set it 300 degrees. Burner keeps buring and never shuts off. My other temp probe reads over 300 degrees on the top shelf.

Any advice?

Never mind, unless you want to. Went and did a search on this, guess I'm not the only one that had this type of problem. From the way it sounds I have a temp prob problem or bad connections. Worse case is that the controller could be bad.
