Temp Range of FEC100

What range of temps can the FEC100 achieve? Anyone use their FEC100 for cold smoking, such as cheese?

I have occasionally gotten it to settle down about 125Âº,on its own.

The non ramp model will crank to above 450Âº.

For smoking cheese, I would suggest you use the Find feature at the top of the page and search for smoking cheese on an FEC. I seem to remember there have been some previous threads as to how you can do it.
