Anyone know of a website or where I could look for a catering tent. Just bought a FEC 500 and will do some catering and hopefully some competition cooking.

How large a tent are you looking for?

your best bet is Academy and Big5 both are sporting good stores and have ez ups from $50 - 100 on sale all the time be sure to secure them cause a bad wind can destroy them .
Lots of people use EZ-UP's. Click here for their website. Another option is a shelter made from tarp and electrical conduit - harder to put up, but some people like them. They're a lot cheaper than EZ-UP. PTM Canopies makes good ones of this type.
