Hi. I just wanted to thank everyone who contributes to this forum. I just recently bought an 020 and smoked two butts last weekend after reading through tips and suggestions here. Both turned out great. I used my own dry rub, three chunks of hickory and smoked them to an internal temp of ~195-200. The smaller one took ~16 hrs, the larger ~18 hrs. Three kinds of sauce for the sandwiches and everyone was way happy! Thanks again!
