Had a 12:30pm game day start today. Going to hit the tailgater about 10:00am, rain misting a little. The plan today is a good quick tailgater. Did brisket at last one and figured today was a rib feed. Had the FE charged up and waiting Friday night. Set the alarm for 5:00am. First thing out of the rack was to turn on the FE at 250. Then put some bone smokers on 9 racks of bbacks and put them in the FE. Went right back to bed. Figured on a 4 hour cook. At 8:45am lightly put some sauce on the ribs and let them stay in the cooker for 15 minutes. Took out and cut them up into individual bones pieces and put in a Cambro. Hit the parking lot about 10:00 and folks started showing up at around 10:30am. These were great ribs, ez as pie and everyone loved them. I love my FE!
