I wanted to say thanks to cookshack, I called them about a problem on one of my FEC-100's with the autostart. I waited a week, I emailed FE, to ask how long does it take for a part,and how hard it was to install, he emailed me back and said that it comes with a manual, not hard, and look into the matter. I got a call that day, Bill (I think) called and said the part was sent to a wrong place, but he will get to me the next day, and he did.

It was super easy to install, and everything is fixed!

It's great to see a company that "gets it". However, you will miss the opportunity to talk to someone in India or Hong Kong that you can't understand. Yea, it happened to me once. I had to respectfully ask for a supervisor or a translator. Seven hours on the phone trying to get the email to work properly on my Blackberry. Frowner Eeker That was after I got the supervisor.
