Been doing some of my Administrator duties and there are a LOT of newbies out there.

Thanks for joining in. Sometimes we might give you a hard time (about searching) but we're here to help.

And it shows, a lot of new users are jumping in and helping other new users.

Just a thanks to the members of the forum.

Oh, and you oldies...you're great too

I have to admit that I was a long time lurker. And have only just recently registered. I would like to say thanks to all of you out there. I've smoked butts, ribs, pork loin, chicken, turkey, tongue, and even mackeral. Everything has turned out great~!! I've couldn't have done it without the help of this forum. Since I'm just a follower..I'm sorry I can't really contribute much. I do have one thing that I've tried that came out well. If you have say odds and ends piece of leftover brisket(I know this rarely happens)Dice it up finely(mine usually come out of the freezer, since a whole brisket is too much for two of us to eat, so it's fairly solid), dice up an appropriate amount of potato, I add garlic since we love it, salt and pepper to taste, fry till potato's are soft. You end up with some great tasting Smoked Brisket Hash. Thanks again.
Randy
