Just want to thank SmokinOkie for all his input and help to make the Thanksgiving Turkey and Brisket I did come out so wonderful. I used his Holiday Brine, used his approximate times and temps and everything turned out to be the best bird and brisket we have had.
Again, thanks for all the great help on this forum to you, and to Tom and GLH, Wheelz and everyone who contributes.

Happy to help, anytime. Thanks for noticing. I do this for free so I work cheap and for compliments

And it wouldn't be our forum without a lot of people jumping in with reports (times, thanks guys) and just general comments to help out Turkey users. It takes a lot of people to make this forum successful.

We had basically more hits last week than the previous entire 3 months combined. I'll "probably" create a Turkey forum and move it down below, but I can move it back up during a specific period to help.

Love to see those success stories.
