I visited with Stuart at a contest in July about an idea I had and I found out today it's a reality!

I'll tell you more after Monday!

I'm so impressed at Stuart and the personal service he has gave me!

I know..... This is a Teaser post because I'm as giddy as a 5 year old on Christmas Eve!!! Smiler

OK Folks here it is.

I was cooking a contest in Norman, OK this July and Stuart, Nordy, Butcher and myself were talking FEC. I said I wanted another FEC to be able to tweak my technique and such.

Darian K (Kosmo's) said, "If you get another one, get one with opposing doors so they are barn door style. Its more accessible and such."

I wanted to have them in made where they were attached together so I could roll them in and out of the trailer and use them as a dual unit.

Well...... Later in the evening Nory and Stuart & I were talking again and I asked Stuart if it was possible? He said he would call me the next week and visit more about it.

Here it is!!! My custom Dual FEC 100's Barn Door configured and mounted to a custom designed trolley with outrigger wheels and powder coat paint!

Thanks Again to Stuart and the Engineers at Cookshack for your service.

I'm no name on the contest circuit but, they treated me like I was a BBQ Icon! Thanks Again.

I couldn't help but add a little suspense Razzer

So, how much does it weigh?

I would say based on specs and the trolley around 100, it probably weight around 850.

It is very well balanced and is the center of gravity is literally about 2 foot off of the ground with the outrigger casters.

It handles very easy and I can push it in my trailer myself with about a 6 foot run at the ramp. That is so unlike my single with 6 inch casters added.
