My daughter thanked me for tonight's smoked turkey. When I told her I got the information from Brining 101 and Turkey 101 written by Smokin, she asked me to pass her thanks on to him. To quote her, "Since you got that Smoker and started reading that forum, we've had the best turkey ever. Please thank Mr. Smokin for me." I really couldn't take all the credit Smokin.
